🏋 Your training, planned for you

An AI personal trainer that
plans the whole session.

Not a chatbot you nag for a workout. jarvis writes each session as a card you follow set by set — phases, per-set targets, a live progress bar — and it remembers what you lifted last time so the next one actually progresses.

Set your goal and your schedule once. Every training day, the session is already there — no prompt to re-type, no spreadsheet to update.

THE OLD WAY

A workout generator forgets you the moment it answers

Ask ChatGPT for a workout and you get a wall of text, the same starting weights every time, and zero memory of Tuesday when Thursday comes around.

HOW IT WORKS

Set it once, then it runs itself

A template prefills everything — tweak it or just run it. The whole point is that you set it up once and stop thinking about it.

01

Describe your training

Your goal, your split, the equipment you actually have, any niggles to work around. A starting template prefills the rest — no fitness jargon required.

02

Pick your training days

Mon/Wed/Fri at 6am, or whatever your week looks like. Each session lands on time, in your timezone, ready before you reach the gym.

03

Train, then log it

Tick sets off as you go. jarvis reads what you actually did — loads, reps, the ones you skipped — and the next session progresses from there.

THE DELIVERY

A session you follow, not a paragraph you decode

Every delivery is a structured session card built to read mid-workout with the phone face-down between sets — never a block of prose to parse under a barbell.

Warm-up, working phases and finisher, in order.
Per-set targets: load, reps, reps-in-reserve — dialed to last session.
A live progress bar so you know exactly where you are.
Notes that carry over: “↓ from 26 kg”, “2 in reserve”, deloads when you flag fatigue.
FAQ

Questions, answered

Is this a replacement for a personal trainer?+

It replaces the programming a good trainer does — planning progressive sessions and adjusting them to what you actually lifted. It won't correct your form in person. For most people training at home or in a commercial gym, the programming is the part they were missing.

Does it remember my previous workouts?+

Yes — that's the point. When you tick sets off, jarvis reads your logged loads and reps and folds them into the next session, so weights progress instead of resetting every time. A workout generator that forgets you isn't a trainer.

Can it work around injuries and my equipment?+

Tell it once, in plain words — “dodgy left shoulder”, “dumbbells and a pull-up bar only” — and it plans around it. Flag something new at the end of any session and the next one adapts.

How often does it send me a workout?+

Whatever cadence you set — three days a week, a daily push/pull/legs rotation, whatever fits. The session is waiting before you train; there's nothing to open or ask for.

What does it cost?+

There's a 14-day free trial of everything, no card. After that it's one flat price — far less than a month of in-person coaching, and it never forgets a session.
