The agreement between you and us. Short, and in plain language.

These terms cover your use of jarvis, operated by Hugo Miguel Bento Queimadelos, a sole trader (autónomo) based in Pontevedra, Spain (NIF ES34876033Y). Using the service means accepting them.
You create routines. Each one runs on a schedule, produces a delivery, and keeps it. Some routines read the live web; others reason over what you've told them. Routines adapt over time from your feedback and from what you engaged with.
You need to be 18 or older. One account per person; the email address you sign in with must be yours. You're responsible for what your routines are told to do and what you do with what they produce.
Deliveries are generated by an AI model reading sources on the web and the instructions you gave it. They can be wrong. A model can misread a listing, miss a constraint you set, cite a page that has changed, or state something confidently and incorrectly.
So: jarvis is not professional advice. A training plan is not a physiotherapist. A meal plan is not a dietitian, and it doesn't know your allergies unless you told it — and may get them wrong even then. A property shortlist is not a survey, a valuation or a legal check. Anything touching your health, your money or a contract needs a qualified human before you act on it.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT; the applicable rate is calculated at checkout from your billing address, and EU businesses can enter a VAT number for the reverse charge. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of web runs — the runs that read the live web, which are the expensive ones. Runs that only reason over what you've already given jarvis aren't counted. If you pass your allowance we won't silently stop your routines; we'll tell you, and either invite you to a larger plan or bill the overage at the rate shown on the plan page.
New accounts get a 14-day trial of the full product with a capped number of web runs. No card is required, and it doesn't turn into a subscription by itself. When it ends, your routines pause and nothing runs until you subscribe — but nothing is deleted, and subscribing picks them up where they stopped. One trial per person.
Cancel any time from Plan & billing, which takes you to Stripe's billing portal. You keep access to the end of the period you've already paid for, then your routines pause. We don't charge you again, and we don't give partial refunds for time left in a period you've already started. Your data stays until you delete it.
Every account gets a 14-day free trial before you pay anything, so you try the whole product before you're ever charged — you're never paying to find out whether it's for you. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under EU consumer law.
Deleting your account is separate and permanent: Settings → Profile → Close account removes your routines, deliveries and tickets immediately, with no recovery.

We can suspend an account that does these things. Where it's not obviously deliberate we'll get in touch first.
We aim to run your routines on schedule, but we don't guarantee it. Runs depend on AI providers and search providers we don't control, and a run can fail or be delayed. A failed run doesn't count against your allowance.
Your routines and deliveries are yours. We claim no ownership and we don't use them to train AI models. We process them only to run the service, as described in the privacy page.
jarvis is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law — and if you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to you before they take effect, and continuing to use jarvis after that means accepting them. If you'd rather not, cancel.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer you can bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you can use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
